Where are you located

We are located at 200 S. Church Street in Addison, Illinois. Addison is a western suburb of Chicago.

 

Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?

Yes! Warehouse pickup is an option on the shipping method page during checkout. Please allow 24 hours to process your order or call to check your order status.

 

Are these new tires

Yes, they are brand new tires purchased direct from the manufacturer. Because we do a large commercial and wholesale business, and have several retail stores in the Chicago area, our stock turns over quite frequently.

 

Where can I ship my order ? 

All orders have to be shipped either to the billing address of the credit card, a PayPal verified shipping address or an installer.

 

When will my order ship? 

All in-stock orders ship the next business day. The business day ends at 3:00 PM CST.

 

How much is shipping? 

It depends on the weight of the order and where it is going. We are in continual negotiations with our shipping vendors to always pass on the lowest possible shipping rates to you.  There is a shipping estimator on the site that is located above the “add to cart” and “wish list” buttons.

 

Do you ship Signature required ? 

Most often we do not ship signature required and the shipper will leave the pcakage at the shipping address specified by the customer.

 

What if my tires are damaged in transit or stolen after delivery ? 

- If a product is damaged during the shipping process, a case will be filed with the shipper to investigate the situation. Once the investigation has been completed and determined that the damage occurred during shipment, a replacement product will be shipped out or credit issued once the damaged product has been returned.

- If a product gets stolen or goes missing after delivery, contact (888) 394-9292 ASAP so we can file an investigation with the shipper. Every effort will be made by the shipper to locate and deliver the product to the shipping address specified by the customer. If the shipper concludes that the shipment was delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to locate the product and contact the local authorities to report a theft. No refunds, credits or replacements will be made if the shipper concludes that the shipment was delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. The tires must be unused, and we will refund your money less a 5% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the freight charges. If your tires arrive damaged, please call our customer service department immediately so we can notify our shipper.

 

How extensive are the warranties? 

All of our tires carry the full manufacturers’ warranties that can vary from make and model. You can also purchase our National Road Hazard Warranty, which covers the full replacement price of the tire if it can not be repaired.

 

Do you sell wheels? 

At this time we are only in the tire business.
